REGROUPEX 20 - Reserve Your Room Now!

Four months, twenty-two days, and 23 hours as of the time I’m typing until REGROUPEX 20 kicks off in Silverdale, Washington!

On the 22nd of June, 2020, we will gather at the Best Western Silverdale Beach Hotel for three or four days of re-connecting and reminiscing. If you are planning on attending, it’s time to start making reservations.

Our group rate contract is in place, so you can get your reservations set up by calling the hotel directly at:

The group rate is $116.02 per night for either a single king size bed or two queen size beds AND includes breakfast!

Make sure you mention you are with the USS WILLIAM H. BATES (SSN 680) Association, or just SSN 680 to receive the group rate.

I’d recommend you reserve for four nights to allow flexibility in assignment to the submarine tour. There will be two boat tours, one Tuesday the 23rd, and one Thursday the 25th based on the maximum tour size of 30 persons.

We will ask your preferences later, and you can adjust your reservations then. We are not planning any organized activities on Thursday other than the boat tour, so those that tour Tuesday can depart Thursday morning.
